**Business Leadership Program Overview:**

Launching your future with Synchrony’s Business Leadership Program (BLP) is bold, challenging, and ambitious. The BLP is a two-year program where our goal is to expose you to our business and provide an immersive experience that accelerates your career. You’ll experience three-rotations within one of our functional tracks each with purposeful, real-world assignments with a slightly different focus, so that you can experience more parts of our business. But the opportunities don’t stop there–you’ll crank up your energy and ambition to a whole new level with two cross-functional projects, a community service experience, exposure to leadership, training, networking, and more. 

**Finance Career Track Description:**

A BLP Finance Career Track member you’ll assist the team with delivering on our company’s financial commitments. You’ll be immersed in projects that advise the business, forecast, plan, and drive strategic initiatives. In Finance you will gain experience in:

- Supporting new customer deals 
- Regulatory finance, funding, and liquidity 
- Reporting, analysis, strategy, and presentations on: cost, productivity, growth, investments, long-range forecasts, quarterly earnings, financial modeling 
- Leadership training and finance curriculum culminating in a presentation to senior leadership 

This comprehensive program consists of on-the-job experience gained through multiple rotations that provide an opportunity to work in real-life, real-time business environments. The program provides successful graduates with the strong foundation of skills and experiences they need to grow their careers and position themselves for future leadership roles in Finance.

- Relevant internship or co-op or equivalent work experience

**Basic Qualifications/Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, or related major 
- Minimum overall 3.0 GPA or higher
- Academic excellence with financial or quantitative interest/competence
- Geographic mobility
